Know What to Measure

The size of your nipples will determine your Breast Shield size.

NIPPLES IN NORMAL STATE

Nipples should be in a normal state, not after nursing or pumping.

BOTH NIPPLES

Measure both nipples – sometimes they are not the same size.

FROM SIDE TO SIDE

Measure one nipple at a time, linear, from side to side. Measure only the “bumpy part”, not the areola, which is the dark colored skin on the breast that surrounds the nipple.
